Have you heard of the "Okama" before?
On the map, it says it is located in Miyagi Prefecture yet when I drove nearby, there was a sign that said [ここからは山形県 (from this point on, the property belongs to Yamagata Prefecture)]. Although I was very confused, I carried on with my hike.
When I got on top of the mountain, I was amazed by the beautiful scenery (shown in picture). This is when I thought...the beauty of nature is incomparable.
If you ever have a chance to visit the "Okama", you gotta give it a try!
