My June Goals

Hey Everyone,

Some of you might remember me putting up posts like this every month, but I stopped doing them... until now!!

Today is the first of June, 2017 and I want to talk about my goals!!

1. Run a 5k race. I have been running more regularly recently, and I've never participated in a marathon or anything like one. Now, I am nowhere near ready for a marathon, but 5k I can do!!

2. Eat out less. I want to stop eating out so much to save money and make more meals at home. Specifically, more healthy meals. If anyone wants to share their favorite meal, please do!! I need ideas!!

3. Finish my travel blog. I started a travel blog this year, but have only put up one post.. and not finished my website yet. But I am going to change that this month!!

4. Post another video on YouTube. Last month, I posted my very first video on YouTube about the Budapest Zoo. I had a lot of fun making it and am extremely proud of it, so I want to make more videos this month!! 

5. Finish my Photoshop course. I have started learning how to use Photoshop from free online courses. I want to complete one of them this month!!

6. Finish another section in my TEFL course. I have completed 3 out of 12 modules so far, so this month I want to complete at least one more section!!

7. Be a better granddaughter. I am very close to my grandmother and don't want to lose that closeness with my constant traveling, so I want to call her more on Skype and send her postcards from every country I visit!!

8. I want to try to focus on relaxing more. I get stressed out too easily and have a hard time not worrying about things, which can make me unhappy. I want to learn how to stress less, especially over things that do not need to be stressed over.

9. Spend more time outside and less on screens. I work online. I read and play games on my phone. I play computer games. I spend a lot of time in front of a screen. I am currently in Greece, where the weather is hot, and there are lots of things to do and see. I want to try to play on my phone less and go to the beach more or just walk around more.

10. Get on a better schedule. It is hard to balance everything you want to with everything you have to do every day. Work, study, play, along with the daily tasks of cooking and cleaning. Exercise, family time, time with your partner and friends. It almost seems like there isn't enough time in the day for everything. I want to learn how to balance everything out better and to manage my time better.
