The Simplification of Languages

2018年2月11日

Hello everyone!

I have an interesting article for you today, on the simplification of languages, especially their grammar and structure. Scientists are finding that the more people there are speaking a language, the more simplified it becomes. Languages where there are fewer speakers tend to reflect more cultural depth within their language.

You can read about it here: https://www.insidescience.org/news/brief-grammar-becomes-simpler-larger-populations

What do you think of this? Do you have an example to share? I'd love to hear your thoughts or observations below in the comments! :)

Have a great day~
