課程介紹

This is a gentle mental health conversation space. It's for anyone—teen or adult—feeling overwhelmed, stuck, sad, anxious, or just in need of someone who listens. I offer a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach with optional coaching or mindfulness exercises. You choose the pace.

We can talk about:
✔ Anxiety or panic feelings
✔ Self-doubt and burnout
✔ Sadness, mood shifts, or emotional dysregulation
✔ Life transitions (breakups, loss, identity, etc.)
✔ Creating mental wellness habits (sleep, boundaries, etc.)

Optional additions:

  • Grounding & breathing practice

  • Daily habits tracker (PDF)

  • Emotional journaling prompts

Ideal for:
✔ Adults, teens 16+
✔ ESL speakers needing supportive, slow-paced sessions
✔ Neurodivergent or highly sensitive people
