課程介紹
Hi! My name is Elise Atkinson, and in this lesson we’ll explore English through the theme of camping. Our time together will feel like a mix of conversation, games, and practice in different skills.
We’ll begin with some fun questions to share our own ideas and experiences about camping, then play a light “Would You Rather?” game to warm up our speaking. Along the way, I’ll introduce useful camping vocabulary with pictures and quick activities to help with memory and pronunciation. You’ll also listen to a short story about a camping trip and answer simple questions to practice your listening and reading comprehension.
The main focus of the lesson will be conversational. You’ll imagine planning your own camping trip—choosing where to go, what to bring, and what activities you’d like to do. This gives you the chance to practice full sentences, learn how to expand your answers, and build confidence in everyday English.
At the end, we’ll make a camping checklist together and reflect on what’s most important to bring and why. Through the lesson you’ll be practicing speaking, listening, reading, and a bit of writing—using interactive, engaging methods designed to make English feel natural and fun. My lesson can be motified for adults or children, and beginner-intermediate, intermediate, and advanced levels are welcome. Hope to see you there!
