Have a royal afternoon tea party with your friends. What a good idea!
Let me teach you how I used to make Tea and Sandwiches for Queen Elizabeth when I worked at Buckingham Palace, including her favourite type of sandwich.
Every day the Queen would expect an afternoon tea service to enjoy with whomever came to visit her that day. That would include cake, sandwiches and scones and of course hot milk tea. I will teach you how to put on a special afternoon tea party for your prince and princess friends.
This lesson focuses on making the Tea and Sandwiches. You can take this lesson alone or as part of the "afternoon tea" pack.
