Qualified life help and counselling talk
Work through your life problems with teacher Ashley in English. All people welcome!

We all go through difficult changes and adjustments in life that challenge us and our wellbeing. It always helps to talk through these changes with a helping person, who can guide you through your problems and assist with support where needed.
This class is for those who need support or life advice during troubling times. As a qualified trauma counsellor, I will be able to give you a space to express your feelings and emotions and work through the many life problems we all have.
My approach is narrative-focused, and aims to empower you to recognise your personal strength and ability in difficult times. My classroom is open and caring to all of those who need it. This class will take the direction you need it to, and will provide resources and assistance where possible to help you with life's journey.
My class is 100% discreet and confidential, we will work together to find joy even in hard circumstances.
This is great for those who are able to speak some English and need a place to talk about life and it's challenges in a safe space.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
