Topic: Writing Test - FCE
- Are you worried about how to write and what to write in your writing test?
- Are you afraid that 1 hour and 20 minutes will not be enough for you to express your opinions clearly?
No worries, this lesson is here to help!
You will have to write an essay giving your opinions about the title, using the 2 ideas given in the text. You must also add a third, different point of view of your own related to the title. The title will be a subject of general interest, therefore no specific preparation is needed.
You will have to write your essay using the suitable expressions to evaluate, express opinions, hypothesise, justify and persuade.
You will also have to write a text from a choice of text options: an article, an email/letter, a report or review. You will be given information about context, topic purpose and target reader.
As I have taught tens of FEC students, we will practice together focusing on the specific FEC writing modules until you feel confident and ready to take the test!
*Number of lessons required: usually 10 - 12 classes preferably twice a week, however the exact number of classes needed depends on your initial level*
