I'm offering a holistic approach to life coaching with the goal of creating meaningful and lasting personal growth.
We will incorporate mindfulness and situational techniques as well as specific coaching and listening skills.
Right now, I'm working with a diverse client base, and specialize in supporting students, single moms, academics, and STEM and business professionals.
How we do it:
3 Parts:
1. Discovery session
Start with a free session to see if we are a good fit for you. We listen to your experiences and define a direction to work on for your life.
2. Discussion & Practice Sessions
3. Bringing it Home

We discuss your life experiences and offer new perspectives into your experiences. We also offer various practices to try in session to give you personal insights
3. Bringing it Home
At the end of each session, you walk away with a homework we design together. Through the homework, you can create lasting and meaningful change in your life.
There is always a 3 pillar approach we take a special look at : Resources, Relationships and Health/Well-being.
