Would you like to communicate more confidently and naturally in English at work?
This 30-minute Business English lesson is for intermediate to advanced professionals who already communicate in English but want to improve the way they speak with colleagues, clients and other business contacts.
Lessons are tailored to your work, goals and the situations in which you actually use English. We can focus on areas such as meetings, professional conversations, small talk, explaining ideas, giving opinions, dealing with clients and communicating clearly and diplomatically.
As we talk, I’ll help you improve your vocabulary and phrasing, introduce useful professional expressions, correct important mistakes and help you communicate in a way that sounds clear, natural and appropriate.
This lesson can help you:
• communicate more confidently in professional situations
• express your ideas clearly and concisely
• develop useful Business English vocabulary and expressions
• make professional small talk more naturally
• participate more confidently in meetings and discussions
• communicate more effectively with international colleagues and clients
• improve important grammar and pronunciation where needed
I’m a native British English teacher from the UK with a Level 5 TEFL qualification and a Business English qualification.
Before your first lesson
To help me prepare a lesson that is relevant to you, please send me a short message when you book telling me:
- What is your job or industry?
- How do you currently use English at work?
- What situations would you most like help with? For example: meetings, speaking with clients, professional small talk, explaining ideas or general workplace communication.
- Is there anything specific you would like to focus on in your first lesson?
You don't need to prepare anything else before the lesson.
