課程介紹
In this lesson we will use real news articles from www.breakingnewsenglish.com
Articles will be chosen according to your current level, making this lesson perfect for beginner students up to upper-intermediate students.
Before the lesson, I will send you a short article to read and practice, so that you are prepared.
We will start the lesson by reading the news article aloud, and then practice the pronunciation of any difficult words. We will also spend some time on your intonation, speed and accuracy, which will help you sound more natural and confident.
Finally, we will discuss the topic, and share our views on it. We will correct any mistakes that you might make, and I will give you specific things you may need to work on.
We will also take a look at other media related to the topic, such as pictures and video, and discuss them.
This lesson prepares you for a whole range of social and current conversations you may have with English speakers, and will help you to put your own point of view across, engage with others, and enjoy speaking English more!
