Let's learn to fly! (with the 3-Beat Weave)

課程介紹
In these lessons you will learn the most important moves of Poi dancing, namely the 3-Beat Weave (Forward and backward). We'll start each lesson with a brief warm-up and then get into the serious stuff!
First to master is the Forward 3-Beat weave.
When you're able to do that comfortably we'll move on to the Backwards 3 Beat-weave.
In the meantime we'll prepare you for turning from Forwards to Backwards, ensuring you to be able to do it in both directions with a smooth flow. Once you can do that, the world is your oyster!!
For best results you will have to practice further in your own time, don't worry it's all fun! We'll move ahead at the speed you are comfortable with. Each person is different and may need more time with certain moves. (It's all about developing your own style!)
With Poi, there is always more to learn and you are welcome to come back for further lessons on how to do other moves, like the Butterfly, Thread-the-needle, Buzzsaw and Double Weave.

取消單堂課程包課程

課程預約確定前
- 隨時可以取消。
課程預約確定後
- 課程時間前 24 小時以上→ 隨時可以取消。
- 課程時間前 24 小時內 → 講師將可能收取消費。
