In this lesson we will go over daily routines using time and adverbs of frequency. Good for intermediate and beginners.

First I will review how to tell the time in English and then we will talk about routines. What things do you do on most days? Then we will practice talking about our daily routines using adverbs of frequency and time.
Ex: I usually go to bed at half past eleven. (23:30)
