Interview Vocabulary - Adjectives (Intermediate to Advanced Level)

The beginning of any great new career starts with an interview.For any interview in English, there is a need for a vocabulary filled with strong adjectives and the linguistic competence to share plenty of details about personal qualities and experiences.
At the end of this session, you will
1) Use adjectives to describe yourself and your experiences
2) Practice speaking and listening through a job interview question-and-answer format
Step 1: Let us pose for a minute and think about the following questions:
a. What strengths and skills do I have?
b. What education and experience do I have that make me a strong applicant?
c. What adjectives best describe me?
d. What kind(s) of jobs would I like to have?
Step 2: We will discuss on the answers provided and provide justification of the choice of each.
Step 3: Let us look at the list of adjectives:
Weak adjectives: Very correctVery important Very willing Very fast
Strong adjectives: AccurateCrucial Eager Swift
Questions: Do you agree that these adjectives have been rightly categorized? And Why?

Step 5: Choose one adjective from each category to form a sentence. Remember you should be remember that these adjectives should be correctly used in oral practice.
Homework: Prepare a small speech to describe yourself and make use of the adjectives learned in today's class
