As I studied to teach yoga, I realized that yoga is a broad study of not only the body, but also of ideas, history, etc.
I am sure that some of the students at Cafetalk are also interested in yoga, and that yoga has changed their perspective and attracted them to various aspects of history.
I am sure that some of the students at Cafetalk who are interested in yoga may have changed their way of looking at things or been fascinated by various aspects of history after taking up yoga...
If you are someone who loves yoga and wants to shout "I love yoga" or someone who is itching to talk about the core of yoga but is not around anyone, or, on the other hand, someone who is interested in yoga but wants to ask what it is all about, I would love to hear from you.
If you are interested in yoga but not sure what to think about it, let's talk about it!
If you are interested in yoga, but are too shy to talk about it, or if you are interested in yoga but want to ask me what it's all about, let's talk! or "What is it like to teach yoga?
What is this part of the yoga scriptures...?” (In that case, I may not have enough knowledge...hahaha)

This is a very niche talk session, but please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
The level of conversation can be talking about anything from casual things to more difficult topics!
Right now, it is mainly for people who can speak Japanese, but if you want to speak English, I’ll try. ;)
However, I will not accept any solicitation for religious or business activities, criminal activities, or activities that may harm others, as these are considered contrary to the main purpose of the event.
