It is the first time that I’ve taken a lesson with him and it was a very interesting lesson. I think that debating is a good way to improve your English skills, of course, your level has to be medium-advanced as the topics can be deep and complex, although there are also simpler topics so any student can enjoy a good debate. Today we’ve talked about the topics “Should Casino be allowed?” and Time Travels, which is an abstract topic. We’ve debated about the pros and cons of such topics, and anyone had to propose an argument that may or may not agree with the thesis. It is a good opportunity to think and examine different perspectives, even the ones that you don’t share, but it’s the purpose of debates. I recommend the Debate lesson to those thinkers who would like to have a challenge and improve their English in a more stimulating way.

Piacevole Argomenti vari e profondi Socievole

Debate lesson might sound a little hard, but this is really interesting. I think Greg shows some pictures to debate during the lesson. But when he doesn’t use any material to debate, he timely picks up good topics while chatting. I’m sure you can enjoy this lesson in a relaxed way.
