Description (English)

In this lesson, students will practice English while talking about moods, motivation, and strategies to beat the Monday blues.

We will focus on:

  • Vocabulary for emotions and feelings (happy, tired, motivated, stressed, etc.)

  • Talking about routines and habits

  • Sharing personal tips and ideas for starting the week positively

  • Simple advice sentences (e.g. I like to start my week by…, It helps me to…)

How the lesson works:

  • Warm-up conversation about how the student feels on Mondays

  • Guided speaking using prompts and scenarios

  • Vocabulary support and gentle correction

  • Fun short activities to practice expressing feelings and giving advice
