This lesson is suitable for B1/B2 level students who want to master Modal verbs.
Objectives:
Students will build on basic knowledge of English modals to understand more complex usages.
Students will build on basic knowledge of English modals to understand more complex usages.
Students will give and receive instructions using modals.
Students will differentiate between the modals used for possibility, obligation, and prohibition by identifying theses types of modals in the language around them.
Students will demonstrate an ability to reason deductively using modal forms.
At the end of the lesson, the tutor will provide the student with an assignment to check his/her understanding.
