Objectives:
- Improve speaking fluency and confidence in conversation. Enhance vocabulary related to travel or hobbies.
- Practice asking and answering questions effectively.
- Encourage student to share personal experiences and opinions.
Materials used by tutor :
- Travel-related images
- Vocabulary list (travel-related words and phrases)
1.Warm-Up Activity (5 minutes):
- Tell me about yourself ?
- what are your hobbies or interests?
- Have you traveled before ?

- Itinerary:A detailed plan or route of a journey, especially one designed to save time.
Travel itinerary: A document issued to a traveler (or a group of travelers) that outlines all the necessary arrangements for a trip, including details of transport, accommodation, activities, and more.
- location:A particular place or position.
- culture:the ideas, customs, and social behaviour of a particular people or society.
- Adventure :It refers to an unusual, thrilling, and potentially risky activity, often involving a journey or experience that generates excitement.
- Transportation:The movement of goods or people fromm one place to another
3. Conversation about your travel(15 minutes):
- What was the best trip you ever took?
- Describe a memorable experience from your travels.
- What makes a great travel destination?
- Is there anything that you would have changed about your travel and why?
- Would you like to hear about my travel experience?(optional)
Encourage them to elaborate on their answers and ask follow-up questions. Monitor closely and provide immediate feedback on language use and fluency.
4. Feedback (5 minutes):
- provide constructive feedback and acknowledgment of their efforts.
- students must reflect on their comfort level speaking in English confidently.
5.Assessment:
Homework for the student
The students needs to write a short paragraph about a travel experience, detailing where they went, what they did, and what they learned.
