Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 6 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 6 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 5 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

【What will we study?】 
This is Japanese lesson for people who want to study Japanese from scratch! We will study how to read and write Hiragana. I will support you so don't worry anything! Just enjoy to study language. If you have questions, you can ask me feel free in English. In order to adapt to your learning speed, you can proceed with your studies at leisure.
Let's study Japanese with me!

・You don't need to prepare text book.
・You might need some paper to take note.
・Reading part is main in this lesson but if you already know how to read Hiragana, we can move on writing lesson. I will deal with it flexibily.
・If you want some home work, ask me feel free please! I will check it next time.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
