Ideal for professionals, hospitality staff, or students who want to improve spoken English for specific, dynamic scenarios — networking or social events, meetings, customer interactions, or interviews.
Please share the situation or type of conversation you would like to practice (e.g., customer service, small talk with clients, complaint handling, negotiating, or interviews).
Include any materials, key phrases, or specific elements you would like to work on (optional).
During the lesson:
Keep practicing! Try recording yourself and listening back - it is a great way to spot progress! When self-evaluating be sure to focus on just one element at a time, like tone, rhythm, or phrasing.
Remember, as with all my sessions, this is a safe place to practice and improve - be prepared to speak and don't worry about being perfect! Mistakes are part of learning and improving.

- Conduct the role-play - this will be an uninterrupted simulation of the scenario; my participation will be kept to a bare minimum so that we maximize your speaking time while ensuring the conversation remains dynamic and unscripted.
- Reflection, feedback, and focused practice on targeted improvements.
- Repeat the same or a similar scenario, integrating improvements.
- Final, short reflection and personalized tips for continued improvement.
