We all struggle sometimes. Let's have a cuppa and talk about it!

We've all been there: we feel stuck, either in our job or in our private life. We struggle with that friend, or with our parents, or with coursework for school or the university. We feel lonely, or confused, or scared.
Let us have a cup of coffee together and talk about it. Years of dealing with my own mental health issues combined with substantial academic research into the subject as part of my PhD, as well as my (personal) experience with shamanism and hypnosis to help me heal my own wounds, has allowed me to advise my (language) students in the past.
But language classes are not always an appropriate place to do this. I would therefore like to create a special, cosy and relaxing place away from all the learning where you can speak about what bothers you at the moment. You will find in me a good listener with ideas on how to cope in your current situation.
Conversations can be held in English or German. Or both :)
NB: Please not that I'm not a certified counselor. Instead, I'm guided by over a decade of experience in healing that was made possible by different resources over time, both intellectual and spiritual.
