Don't have time to go to the gym but really excited about fitness? Do it from your own room and join me for a full 50-minute sweat session!

課程介紹

Don't have time to go to the gym but want to lose weight and tone your muscles? You can do it in your own room! This training can include simple exercises, so it's good for beginners. For more advanced enthusiasts, we can add more complex bodyweight exercises to challenge your coordination, balance and core strength. If you don't have any fitness equipment, don't worry, we can still do our training. If you do have a pair of dumbbells or any other piece of equipment, we can add it to our workout. We will start by talking about what you need and what your goal is, and we will make a workout that is perfect for you.
I suggest to place your camera on the floor or on a table far away enough so I can see you. You don't really need to prepare anything, you just need comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and a towel. I also suggest eating at least 1 or 2 hours before your workout so you are not full when you begin.
