Have you ever had to make a speech or presentation before a large group? It can be very scary, especially if it is the first time. In this lesson we will discuss the body and minds response to fear and some ways you can calm your mind. I have vocabulary related to this topic that we will go over pronunciation and meanings. We will also talk about calming techniques, how to do them and the science behind it. By the end of this lesson you will have knowledge of the brains reactions, the vocabulary for it and some steps to try if you find yourself having to present.
