Going through the stages of doing a Pre-1 level speaking test .
课程介绍
The teacher will go through the different stages of the speaking test with the student .
Stage 1 : Informal questions given to the student.
Examples of questions : What sports do you like ? Why?
What do you like to do with your friends ?
What TV shows do you like ? Why ?
Stage 2 : Narration of a story .
The student is given a speacific time to prepare their narration . The student is given 3 pictures along with an opening sentence . The student must describe the story in sufficent detail .
Questions ( 1 to 4) are then given to the student .
Question 1 is a question based on the last cell (usually)of the narration .
Questions 2 and 3 are usually about topics that the student will be familiar with ( e.g. school , life-style , shopping etc . )
Question 4 is a more general question and may invlove topics such as economics , environment , social issues and technology .
