This course is for anyone who is interested in writing in English. It's up to the student to decide what they want to write. Probably it is a personal essay of some kind; for exampe: an experience that had an influence on them. This kind of writing is a personal essay, the kind found in popular magazines. It's up to the teacher--me--to help the student develop a writing style which expresses their emotions and ideas.
