My name is Stevie Ray, and I have been running Yoga Teacher Training courses for over 10 years. This seminar is focused on Intuitive Flow Sequencing and learning the Structural Skeleton of Fluidity.
 
Most students when trying to teach use what I refer to as the A to Z method: trying to memorize all of the Asanas they plan to use in a studio class. The technique of Intuitive Flow sequencing instead teaches instructors how to understand options in each position and how to intuitively adapt classes to their students' needs.
 
The knowledge of these methods also will help develop a student's understanding of how to sequence their own self-practice. 
 
This is a methodology class, not an Asana class. It is a lecture and question and answer session for Yoga teachers or students looking to learn more about how to practice on their own at home.
