Who is this lesson for?

Level: A2 (Pre-Intermediate/Basic).

It is perfect for students who have a grasp of basic Russian but want to move beyond simple phrases and start comparing objects, describing locations, and expressing opinions.

Vocabulary Expansion: We will learn and practice essential antonyms used to describe surroundings, such as noisy/quiet (шумный/тихий), expensive/cheap (дорогой/дешёвый), and crowded/empty (многолюдный/пустой).

Grammar Focus: We will master the comparative degree of adjectives (e.g., better, cleaner, more comfortable), which is vital for everyday communication at the A2 level.

Speaking Practice: You will participate in a discussion about the pros and cons of city versus country living and create your own "ideal living situation" ranking.

Communicative Approach: My goal is to get you speaking! I prioritize active conversation, where 70% of the lesson time is dedicated to your output.

Required Skills
