Academic English: Presentations & public speaking
Perfect your presentation and improve your confidence speaking in public before the big day!
課程介紹
In this lesson we will simulate a real-life academic presentation or public speaking event with an interactive role play. Practise delivering your speech and answering some audience questions again and again, in a safe and relaxed environment, until you feel confident doing this activity in English. We will gradually improve your grammar, accuracy and use of natural and functional phrases. If you want to practice public speaking skills but don't have a particular presentation you want to prepare for I will suggest some topics in advance and you can choose the most interesting theme.
* If you need to check a powerpoint presentation as well as your speech we can also read and correct the document together; or you can request an "Academic English: Proofreading & Editing " session before you book this lesson
