Planning a trip abroad? Want to travel with confidence and handle any situation in English? This lesson covers the real-life English you need — at the airport, in your hotel, at restaurants, shopping, getting around, and dealing with unexpected problems.
We practice through realistic roleplay scenarios so you can feel prepared before you travel. I play different characters — a hotel receptionist, a customs officer, a waiter, a shop assistant — and you practice responding naturally. We then review vocabulary, phrases, and any areas where you want more practice.
Having traveled extensively and lived abroad, I know exactly which situations can feel stressful when your English is not quite ready. Let's fix that together!
Scenarios we practice:
