課程介紹
"English and Cartoons" is a course designed to engage children in discussions about their favorite cartoons. This approach boosts their motivation to speak and increases student talking time, which I believe is essential for successful language learning.
In this course, I use classic English materials such as the Elephant and Piggie book series by Mo Willems, the Magic English multimedia textbook, Disney movies, and other cartoons and films that I have carefully ed and tested with my students. I aim to provide a mix of systematic resources and materials that children genuinely enjoy, allowing them to immerse themselves in the language naturally.
I have observed that many students, even with regular English practice, often lack a rich language environment. This course addresses that gap by combining structured learning with engaging content, significantly enhancing their language acquisition and performance.
