Let's learn about English by looking at cooking terms and examining recipes! Fun and yum!

Hello everyone,
Thsi is a lesson to discover the wonderful world of food / cooking and improve our English.
We'll select a recipe based on your own preferences and situation. Then, we'll look at the recipe in detail, noting new words and vocabulary. We'll look at the ingredients and identify sources, if they aren't easily available in your country. We'll walk through the steps and cook the meal virtually!
As an additional option, we can use the recipe as a foundation for aditional discussion about food or cultural issues.
The content can be tailored to your circumstances, but if you are unsure, I have lots of ideas and options!
