Welcome to Pop Culture Café!

Do you love talking about movies, books, or music? Then this lesson is for you!

In this fun 30-minute conversation lesson, you get to choose the topic. No tests, no pressure - just a relaxed chat where we practice speaking English while talking about the things you enjoy.

What we’ll do:

1. Second Pitch: Quickly recommend a movie, song, or book
2. The Taste Test: Share your opinions - What did you like? How did it make you       feel? Who would enjoy it?
3. Recast / Remix Game: Get creative! "If this book had a different ending..." /        "If this song was in a movie..."
4. Two Truths and a Lie: Fun guessing game about pop culture.

This lesson is perfect for you if:

-You want to practice speaking English in a natural, fun way.
-You love movies, music, or books and want to talk about them.
-You’re a bit shy and want a safe, friendly space to chat.
-You’re a beginner and up.

What to prepare:
Just bring 1 movie, book, or song you like! It can be from Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, or a book you’re reading. If you don’t have one, I’ll bring options for us.
Let’s grab a virtual coffee and chat! I can’t wait to hear what you love.
