
Identifying times during each week when I have free time

The aim of this lesson is to discover more time for yourself. If you feel overwhelmed and feel you do no have enough time to complete all of lifes tasks then let us talk together to have a calm discussion about how to create more time for yourself.
Lesson layout:
1. Tell me a bit about yourself, what does your daily life look like?
2. What would you like your daily life to look like?
3. Let's do an 'activity schedule' and go through a day in your week together and write down what each hour consists of. You may be surprised to find free moments. Or, perhaps there isn't enough time to complete everything.
4. Let's talk about things you can do to lessen the amount of tasks you have to complete. For example, can you ask someone for help?
5. If you feel you have a lot of responsibilities then I would like us to look the 'Responsibility pie' to discover if perhaps you are taking on too much responsibility, perhaps there is another family member or coworked who could be helping out more.
6. I would like to finish by asking you to complete the rest of the activity schedule for an entire week in your own time.
