初級 - 上級 ： Smooth, comfortable, and confident English! Modeled after Private Lessons for Professionals at Eikaiwa Schools.
课程介绍
When I worked in Japan, I taught English at an Eikaiwa school for business people, engineers, and individuals who were very motivated to improve their English ability.
My students were preparing to study or work abroad in an English-speaking country, practicing for presentations or a thesis dissertation, preparing for entrance exams, etc.
The structure of this lesson has evolved since I returned to America, and I use 100% my own materials.
Here is a timetable for a lesson, though it can be modified to suit your needs:
00:00-05:00: Introduction and homework review
05:00-10:00: Business-related roleplay / Reading and dialogue
10:00-15:00: Brief monologue, pronunciation focus, and discussion. YouTube explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpNriCVGSIE (I will create your practice audio files)
15:00-20:00: Definite and Indefinite Articles Theory and Practice
20:00-25:00: Business-related roleplay with verb collocation and actively using target vocabulary
25:00-30:00: Expert game - Student selects a topic they are very knowledgeable in and I will question them about it
30:00-40:00: Mock IELTS Speaking Exam
40:00-45:00: Lesson Review
While this class might be a bit expensive for Cafetalk standards, it's less than half of what it costs at an Eikaiwa school in the Kanto ot Kansai region.
