I was looking for a competent teacher that could help me with my Japanese, but I was afraid that the lesson would be too complex or superficial. Needless to say skepticism accompanied me until the very beginning of the lesson. Luckily, Mami-san seems to have that competence in both English and Japanese, and she could adapt the complexity of the explanation to my level easily. Plus, she's gentle and friendly, so I was confortable interacting with her.
