课程介绍

To be successful in a professional setting, it is important to learn the language that is most used in your workplace! 

It is vital to understand the language of your coworkers, customers, and supervisors, as well as the language of the industry you are working in. 

This includes being able to read, write, and understand emails, reports, and other documents in the English language. it’s also important to be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and non-verbal ways. Knowing the basics of small talk, as well as being able to hold a conversation, are important skills to have when interacting with coworkers and customers.

how to write an informal email.

Lesson 2 :
You’ll learn how to write and respond to invitations in the workplace. Formally and Informally
Give detailed information about events
Describe corporate events.

Lesson 3 – you’ll learn how to answer incoming calls professionally.
Explain somebody is not available.
Return missed calls.

Lesson 4 - you’ll learn to check
telephone numbers, thank people,
ask to speak to somebody.
