Learn about Art and English at the same time
課程介紹
Talking about Art in English can help you develop vocabulary a subject that interests you. Why not learn while having fun and talking about culture?
Before the lesson, we will choose a painting or illustration. You can choose a painting or illustration that you like or I can choose one for you, based on your interests.
In the first part of the lesson, we begin by talking about the painting itself: What do you think the painting is about? What do you think the artist wants you to feel? What do you feel about the painting? What kind of techniques has the artist used to make you feel that way?
In the second half of the lesson, we read an article about the painting, to see a third opinion. We will discuss the article and look out for new vocabulary. Do you agree with the article? Why/not?
This lesson can be tailored to learners of all abilities, to suit your personal language learning goals.
