こんにちは!

このレッスンでは、深い呼吸に合わせて主に首、肩、肩甲骨などを大きく動かし、肩こり改善を目的としたクラスです。
普段デスクワークされている方、猫背の方、疲れていて深い呼吸がしたい方にとてもおすすめなクラスです。
主に座位のポーズになりますので、仕事の隙間時間などご利用いただいて、
お気軽にご参加いただけます。ヨガ初めての方や、初心者さんも大歓迎です!
肩甲骨を大きく動かしてあげると、体もぽかぽかしてきて、とても良いリフレッシュになりますよ!

続けていくことで、自律神経を整ったり、姿勢改善の効果もあります。
