课程介绍

I'm a British English native speaker. So this is from the British perspective of using polite English.
Use of concessive phrases. Often used in situations where you need to say "No" but want to do it politely without causing offence. By saying something positive before a negative helps to reduce the hardness of the negative repsonse. It can also used as a general means of saying you are not happy with something.
Softeners - are used at the beginning and /or middle of sentences to indicate some negative sentence is coming.
Qualifers of quantity are used to reduce the impact when giving bad news.
This course would also fit well with 'discussing opinions in business'
