课程介绍
A for two learners with complementary goals: one building toward business-level communication and stronger listening skills, the other preparing to present academic research at international conferences.
We'll start with about 20 minutes of relaxed, natural conversation: travel, culture, current events, history, with light listening and summarizing prompts woven in rather than treated as a separate drill. From there, we move into 20–25 minutes of focused practice tailored to each of you: presentation and Q&A rehearsal plus discussion of diplomatic/historical topics for one student, and negotiation-style role-play with listening tasks for the other.
Corrections are kept light during the conversation itself so it keeps flowing. You'll get a short written feedback note afterward covering natural phrasing alternatives, grammar or pronunciation points, and what's improving lesson to lesson.
Happy to bring in articles, clips, or materials tied to your interests, and open to adjusting the balance between the two focus areas as we go.
