Sometimes, we just need to talk out a problem with someone who can not only listen but also help us see things in a new light. I offer support and guidance to help people deal with their anxiety, negativity, and feelings of being "off". I've been coaching people for more than ten years using the skills I acquired through my Life Coach Training, teaching, and experiences gained through life.
