Did you know that one of the best ways to improve your English is to keep a daily journal? Writing about different topics challenges you to expand your vocabulary and learn the proper way to use different expressions in a natural way!
Many English courses focus on speaking and grammar, giving little opportunity for students to practice their writing. This lesson is the perfect opportunity to practice your grammar and written expression. If you just want me to check an email or letter (up to 200 words), we can do that too.
How it works:
I will send you a writing prompt. It might ask you about your life, a special event, or your opinion about various interesting topics, and include some vocabulary words or new expressions you can use. The topic is different every day. Write your journal entry before class time (50-200 words). During class, we will check your writing together as I explain my corrections. After class, I will send you the corrected journal entry.
After a few months, you'll be amazed at how natural and authentic your written English becomes!
