How do good and bad habits form and what can we do about it?

In this lesson, we will discuss habits and go deep in to why we have certain habits! We will not just talk about your best and worst habits, but the psychology of habit forming.
We will also watch an interesting video about the psychology of habit forming. The video will trigger a lot of discussion. During the video, we will often pause to discuss what we just heard. I always write down all new words and phrases during the lesson so we can go over them at the end.
After this lesson, you will be able to more confidently speak about your habits, gain key words and phrases related to habits, and understand why you might have certain good and bad habits.
This lesson is especially good for high-intermediate and advanced students.
