As most of my students know, we've been busy on the backend - Trying to put together a stronger and more accessible teaching ecosystem for students. Especially those of us with big dreams associated to mastering and improving our English Skills.
This year, I'd like to introduce a new section to these notifications that includes an Idioms list.
These idioms will be the most common idioms I've heard this month and will include 'Timely' expressions, often specific to recent events/seasons/feelings that I've noticed while teaching both in and out of the classroom.
In Addition! I'll be including a FREE English-Associated Download form my teaching store. The store itself has been growing for the last few years, with plenty of FREE resources available, which I'll be posting.

Idioms of the month:
- "Out with the old, in with the new": Embracing new beginnings and changes while leaving behind the old ways.
- "Cold as ice": Refers to extremely cold weather, typical of January in many places.
- "Cabin fever": The restlessness and irritability people feel being cooped up indoors during cold weather.
- "Breaking the ice": To initiate conversation in a social setting, especially when it's the first meeting of the year.
