I would like to express my appreciation for reaching 1,000 lessons on the Cafetalk platform.
I can’t express how grateful I am that you continue to book my regular lessons.
I am always here, and you are always there for me when I need ideas, which means so much to me.
I am still learning so much from you. Our conversations have inspired me greatly and have
had a huge impact on my daily life. I also love sharing my own experiences with you.
The learning opportunities with my students have introduced me to some of the smartest people
I have ever met. I truly appreciate that you have given me this opportunity.

Learning a language broadens my horizons and expands my view of the world.
 

For example, my views and cultural values have changed since learning English.
 

Not only do I learn vocabulary and grammar, but I also take in a lot of new
 

information from the person next to me.
 

Even if my world and theirs don’t align, they might know someone who could help
 

me reach my dream. And this has continued to expand the chain further.
 

The possibilities are endless and can be explored if I have multiple options for
 

every situation.
 

By sharing ideas, we can break down boundaries with native speakers and
 

transcend language barriers to gain a shared perspective.
 

However, to truly understand another person’s deepest passion, it is important to
 

have ‘‘MY‘‘ own opinion and engage with them, which also fosters my
 

independence. In this way, I can understand the mind of someone I like or
 

admire, regardless of gender.

 

I want to expand the fascinating world we share through conversation–not just
 

with words (but beyond words).
 

The same applies to my lessons with all of you.
 

To that end, in 2025, I will continue immersing myself in foreign languages and
 

expanding my world, just as I do with Japanese.


 

私が日頃感じていることをシェアしたいと思います。

私自身、第２言語を学ぶことで、世界観や視野が大きく変わったと感じています。
 

単に単語や文法を完璧にするのではなく、友人から沢山の知恵を得ることができるからです。
 

たとえ相手と私に共通点がなかったとしても、もしかすると彼の知り合いが
私の未来のヒントを与えてくれるかもしれない。何事も沢山のオプションがあれば、
可能性は無限で、その中で探究心を深めることができます。
 

アイデアの共有で、ネイティブとの境界線をなくし、
言語を超えて見ている方向を同じくすることができる。
 

しかしながら、相手の深層心理まで理解するためには、
しっかりと‘’自分の‘’意見を持ち、相手に向き合うことにより、
そのことが同時に自分自身の自立にもつながります。
 

そうすればジェンダー関係なく好きな人や憧れの人の心を垣間見ることが
できるのではないでしょうか。
 

言葉にとどまらず（言葉を超えて）、会話を通して共通の面白い世界を創りあげていきたい。
 

そのことは皆さんとのレッスンも同じです。
 

そのためにも2025年も日本語と同じ感覚で第２言語に浸り、溶け込むのみだと考え、
邁進しています。
 

この度のレッスン達成につき、私の大切な驚くほど優秀な生徒様との出会いに
心より感謝しています。
 

昔から私との会話を続けていただいている生徒様には感謝の思いも特別です。
