The Weather in Wisconsin (U.S.A.)

Суббота, 22 Октябрь 2011 r. 14:51

Hello everyone!

I’m enjoying the changing Wisconsin leaves this fall; are you enjoying the fall colors? It’s quite lovely here in Wisconsin (U.S.A.), but we’ve already had our first frost, so the temperatures are getting colder.

Since many students ask about Wisconsin weather, I’d like to tell you about the record temperatures we’ve had in this state. According to an online database, the coldest record temperature in Wisconsin was in February, 1996, at -48.3 degrees Celsius! The warmest record temperature in Wisconsin was in July, 1936, at 45.5 degrees Celsius. Of course, these are extreme record temperatures, and in a normal year, Wisconsin temperatures range between -23 degrees Celsius in the winter, and 37 degrees Celsius in the summer.

I’m looking forward to talking with you soon!

Thank you,

Eby
