• As a general rule, cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of the program (after January 8th, 2025) or after the program has begun are not refundable.
• If you cancel before this date, you will receive a full refund as Cafetalk lesson points. (Please note that in accordance with Cafetalk's student policy, no cash refunds can be made).
• In general, we cannot respond to personal questions during the course. If you have any questions about the program in general, please contact the office.
• Only participants will be notified at a later date on how to participate in Hapa Eikaiwa's online seminars.
