Hello! My name is Anastasiia (Nancy). I am a professional language educator and a true "linguistics geek." I absolutely love the structure and systems of languages. I have studied German, Swedish, Norwegian, and Yiddish, and right now, I am polishing my conversational Slovak and modern Hebrew. I currently live in Pilsen, Czech Republic. My main focus at the moment is Slavic languages and the method of full immersion.
You will definitely never feel bored in my classes, as I have many diverse hobbies! I am deeply passionate about history, sociology, and theology. In my free time, I am learning to play the bass guitar. I am also a certified international BOSU trainer, actively train with kettlebells, steel mace, and clubs, and I am a big fan of CrossFit, powerlifting, and strength athletics. On top of that, I used to work for a Taiwanese company and had an amazing experience traveling around Taiwan, from Taipei to Kaohsiung!
In our Russian lessons, we will always find deep, engaging, and fascinating topics for real, live conversation.
