Hi, I'm a yoga instructor, Katsuno.
Thank you for visiting my link among all the instructors out here.
今や運動の一つとして広がったヨガですが、ヨガにはただ体を動かすだけでなく、心身ともに浄化するという目的があります。
Yoga has now become known as one of an exercise to get your body moving in a healthy way. But yoga has way more depth than simply moving your body. It connects your mind and soul as one and cleanse them to become a better being.
ヨガを練習して行くうちに、
どこからか感じられる幸福感やスッキリクレンズされた感覚を得るかたも少なく無いと思います。私がヨガの虜になったのはそんな不思議なエナジーを感じるようになったからです。
仕事柄海外に行くことが多く、時差ぼけや不眠症、便秘や新陳代謝を改善するために始めたヨガですが、始めてから以降、腰痛、肩こりなど体の悩みがどんどんなくなりました。
As I practiced yoga, I soon find myself feel satisfaction, content with myself and felt as if something has left my body, felt ligtened. This miracle power that yoga brings into soul and mind is the reason why I kept practicing in daily bases.
Due to my job, I travel very often that I suffered from jetlags, insominia, constipation, slow metaboism for years. However, yoga has not only solved these problems but lightened shoulder and back pain that I have had since I was young.
ヨガを始めるきっかけは人それぞれだと思いますが、ヨガを通してみなさんとのつながれることを楽しみにしています。
Whatever your reason might be to step into yoga, I am looking forward to getting to know you through this amazing tool, Yoga.
